Holl Company, L.L.C. has filed an application with Kansas Corporation Commission for an exception to the 10-year time limitation for well temporary abandonment status for its Brocher A #1-2 well located E/2 E/2 SE/4 of Section 2-Township 21 South and Range 15 West, Pawnee County, Kansas. Any persons who object or protest this application shall be required to file their concerns with the Conservation Division of the State Corporation Commission of the State of Kansas within 15 days of publication. These protests shall be filed pursuant to Commission regulations and must state specific reasons why the grant of the application may cause waste, violate correlative rights or pollute the natural resources of the state of Kansas.
