The application and proposed Certificate are on file and may be inspected at the City of Wichita, Department of Public Works - Environmental Health, 455 N. Main/7th Floor, Wichita, Kansas 67202 (316-268-8351). All written comments received on or before July 23, 2026, at the above address will be considered in the grant of the Certificate.
