Notice of Filing Application BEFORE THE STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF KANSAS NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION RE: Bear Petroleum LLC – Application for a permit to authorize the disposal of saltwater in the Thome #1, located in Sedgwick County, Kansas TO: All Oil & Gas Producers, Unleased Mineral Interest Owners, Landowners, and all persons whomever concerned. You, and each of you, are hereby notified that Bear Petroleum LLC has filed an application to commence the injection of salt water into the Mississippi formation at the Thome #1 located in the NW/4 SW/4 NW/4 of Section 30-T28S-R1W, 1650 FNL 330 FWL, Sedgwick County, Kansas, at a maximum operating pressure of 500 psig and a maximum injection rate of 300 bbls per day. Any persons who object to or protest this application shall be required to file their objections or protest with the Conservation Division of the State Corporation Commission of the State of Kansas within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication. These protests shall be filed pursuant to Commission regulations and must state specific reasons why the grant of the application may cause waste, violate correlative rights, or pollute the natural resources of the State of Kansas.
