You, and each of you, are hereby notified that Briscoe Petroleum, LLC intends to commingle natural gas, oil and brine water production from the Mississippian Formation and natural gas, oil and brine water production from the Simpson Sand Formation at the Watts Ranch #2, SW/4 SW/4 NE/4 Section 21-T34S-R12W, Barber County, Kansas. Any persons who object to or protest this shall be required to file their objections or protest with the Conservation Division of the State Corporation Commission of the State of Kansas within fifteen (15) days from the date of this publication. These protests shall be filed pursuant to Commission regulations and must state specific reasons why this may cause waste, violate correlative rights or pollute the natural resources of the State of Kansas.
