A copy of the proposed Resolution of the City and the Amended Agreement for Payment in Lieu of Taxes is on file in the office of the City Clerk and available for public inspection during normal business hours. In the event the increase in the ad valorem property tax exemption is ultimately not approved for any reason, the City shall not be deemed to have assumed or incurred any liability or obligation to the Company or any other party by virtue of any proceedings or actions taken in connection therewith. All persons having an interest in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the time and place specified. The City Council will not adopt a Resolution amending the percentage of the ad valorem property tax exemption until the public hearing is concluded.
