To: Lowell E & Alice E Stafford, or HIS/HERS/THEIRS heirs, devisees, legatees, successors, and assigns or parties in possession:
You are hereby notified that the following conditions:
Remove all scattered trash, debris & tree waste from the property, specifically: Remove all bagged, scattered trash throughout the property; Remove all bulky waste items from the property, specifically: Large amounts of furniture, appliances, containers, totes, door, wood, lumber, and other unidentifiable junk throughout the property including front, back, side yards, porches, and all bulky waste, junk etc. from back of Ford Pickup in yard; Remove all salvage material from the property, specifically: Tires, metal, junk, and other unidentifiable junk and salvage material from the front, sides, back yards, including junk and debris, salvage materials on porches, including all junk from the back of Ford Pickup in yard; All inoperable vehicles on the property will be towed., exists at 2111 S Washington Ave, Wichita, Kansas, and legally described as:
S 50 FT N 150 FT LOT 2 EXC ST BLOCK 8 KINKAID'S 2ND. ADD., Wichita Township, Sedgwick County, Kansas, (Tax Key # B 06037).
have been determined by the Director of the Metropolitan Area Building and Construction Department to be a nuisance within the definition of Section 8.01.010 Code of the City of Wichita, Kansas, which nuisance, in the interest of public health, must be suppressed and abated.
This is your notice that failure to abate this nuisance and the conditions aforestated will result in the abatement of said nuisance by the said Metropolitan Area Building and Construction Department, the costs of which will be levied against the aforedescribed real property in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas and the ordinances of the City of Wichita.
