TO: All Oil and Gas Producers, Unleased Minerals Interest Owners, Landowners, and Other Interested Parties: You, and each of you, are hereby notified that Scout Energy Management LLC has filed an application with the State Corporation Commission of the State of Kansas requesting an exception to the ten-year time limitation of K.A.R. 82-3-111 for the Sprunger B 2 Saltwater Disposal well, located in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 28 South, Range 34 West, Haskell County, Kansas, API #15-081-10114-0002. Any person who objects to or protests this application must file such objection or protest with the Conservation Division of the State Corporation Commission of the State of Kansas within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice.
