You, and each of you, are hereby notified that White Exploration, Inc. has filed an Application for an exception to the requirements of K.A.R. § 82-3-111 to allow the following well in Stafford County, Kansas, to remain temporarily abandoned for three (3) years following the expiration of the ten-year limitation: McCarty #6 API #15-185-228898-00-00 SW/4 of Section 33-25S-11W 1,650' FSL & 2,310' FWL of Section 33 Any persons who protest such Application are required to file their objections with the State Corporation Commission of the State of Kansas within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice. Any such protest shall be filed pursuant to Commission regulations and must state specific reasons why the grant of the Application may cause waste, violate correlative rights, or pollute the natural resources of the State of Kansas. Protests shall be mailed to the Kansas Corporation Commission, Conservation Division, 266 N. Main, Suite 220, Wichita, KS 67202, with a copy to the applicant's attorney listed below. If no valid protest is timely filed with the Commission the Application will be determined by the Commission and may be granted administratively without further notice.
