Notice of Map Change City of Wichita and Sedgwick County The City of Wichita and Sedgwick County in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City of Wichita and Sedgwick County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located on the far west side of Wichita. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Dry Creek Tributary 10 at the SW corner of W 21st St and 151st St W. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance watersurface elevations shall be established, and the special flood hazard area (SFHA) shall widen and narrow within the area of revision. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision will be available to review at the office of Mr. Joe Hickle, City of Wichita Public Works, at 455 N Main; Wichita, KS 67202 between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
