NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, January 15, 2026, no earlier than 1:30 p.m., the Wichita-Sedgwick County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission/Board Zoning Appeals will consider the following applications. The meeting will be held in person at the Ronald Reagan Building, 271 West Third Street, 2nd Floor, Wichita, KS 67202. Public participation is encouraged (see instructions below). CON2025-00157: Conditional Use request in the City for a Short Term Rental on property zoned SF-5 Single-Family Residential District, generally located south of East 14th Street North and 1,500 feet east of North Woodlawn Avenue (6845 East 14th Street North).
CON2025-00170: Conditional Use request in the City for Multi-Family development on property zoned TF-3 Two-Family Residential District, generally located on the north side of East Central Avenue, within one-quarter mile west of North Oliver Avenue (4406 East Central Avenue).
CUP2025-00042: Amendment in the City to CUP DP-250 to relocate an existing billboard on the northeast corner of Ridge and 37th (outside the CUP) to Parcel 8 and to amend a portion of the front setback of Parcel 8, generally located on the northwest corner of West 37th Street North and North Ridge Road (3801 North Ridge Road).

VAC2025-00056: Vacation request in the City to vacate platted street right of way, generally located north of West 16th Street North and 1,600 feet west of North Meridian Avenue (2920 West 16th Street North).
