NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE K-96/GREENWICH STAR BOND DISTRICT – PHASE I STAR BOND PROJECT PLAN. Public notice is hereby given that the City Council (the "Governing Body") of the City of Wichita, Kansas (the "City") will conduct a public hearing pursuant to K.S.A. 12-17,166(k) on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, or at such later date as shall be established by the Governing Body during said meeting, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 455 N. Main, Wichita, Kansas 67202, regarding a proposed second amendment to the K-96/Greenwich STAR Bond District – Phase I STAR Bond Project Plan approved by Ordinance No. 49-438, passed by the Governing Body on February 5, 2013 (the "Project Plan"), as amended. Copies of the Project Plan and the proposed amendment thereto are on file in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 13th Floor, 455 N. Main, Wichita, Kansas 67202, and available for public inspection during normal business hours. All persons having an interest in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the time and place above specified.
