NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF AIRPORT SPECIAL FACILITY REVENUE BONDS BY THE WICHITA AIRPORT AUTHORITY (HANGAR DYNAMICS JABARA PROJECT) Public notice is hereby given that the Wichita City Council (the "Governing Body"), acting as the governing body of the Wichita Airport Authority (the "Authority") of the City of Wichita, Kansas (the "City"), will conduct a public hearing in connection with the proposed issuance by the Authority of its Airport Special Facility Revenue Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $2,400,000 (the "Bonds"). Such hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, or at such later date as shall be established by the Governing Body during said meeting, at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, at City Hall, 455 N. Main, Wichita, Kansas. The Bonds are proposed to be issued by the Authority under authority of K.S.A. 3-154 et seq., as amended by Charter Ordinance No. 178 of the City (the "Act"), for the purpose of providing funds to finance the cost of constructing, furnishing and equipping of an 18,000 square foot commercial hangar to be located southeast of the intersection of Webb Road and 37th Street North in the City (the "Project"). The Project will be leased by the Authority to Hangar Dynamics Jabara, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company or an entity to be formed by Hangar Dynamics Jabara, LLC (the "Company"). In the event the Bonds are not ultimately issued for any reason, neither the Authority nor the City shall be deemed to have assumed or incurred any liability or obligation to the Company or any other party by virtue of any proceedings or actions taken in connection therewith. All persons having an interest in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the time and place specified. The Governing Body will not adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of the Bonds until said public hearing is concluded and compliance with all requirements of the Act.
