Notice of Amendment to Previously Issued Kansas Air Quality Construction Permit Notice is hereby given that the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) is soliciting comments regarding the amendment of a previously issued air quality construction permit. Cargill Ag & Trading NA, 1425 North Mosley Ave., Wichita, Kansas 67214, owns and operates the stationary source located at 1425 North Mosley Ave., Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas 67214. Certain requirements were found to no longer be appropriate in the construction permit dated March 22, 2024. These requirements are being modified. Emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC), particulate matter (PM), particulate matter with less than or equal to 10 microns in aerodynamic diameter (PM10), particulate matter with less than or equal to 2.5 microns in aerodynamic diameter (PM2.5), carbon monoxide (CO), oxides of nitrogen (NOX), oxides of sulfur (SOX), and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs)were evaluated during the permit review process. A copy of the modification is available for public inspection, from the date of publication, during normal business hours, at the KDHE, Bureau of Air (BOA), 1000 SW Jackson, Suite 310, Topeka, KS 66612-1366, and at the South Central District Office, 300 W. Douglas, Suite 700, Wichita, Kansas 67202.
