You, and each of you, are hereby notified that Berexco LLC has filed an application for an exception to the 10 year time limitation of K.A.R. 82-3-111 for the Wellington Unit #101, located in the SW NW NW of Section 4, and #104, located in the NE SE NE of Section 5-32S-1W, Sumner County, Kansas. Any persons who object to or protest this application shall be required to file their objections or protest with the Conservation Division of the State Corporation Commission of the State of Kansas within fifteen (15) days from the date of this publication.
