NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN: That the West Richland City Council will hold public hearings on: Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for Revenue Sources for 2027 and setting the 2027 Property Tax Levy Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for the purpose of the preliminary 2027/2028 preliminary budget; and Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 6:00 PM; for the purpose of adopting the 2027/2028 final budget for all West Richland budgets.
