Notice of Acceptance of Work At a regular meeting held on October 6, 2026 the City of West Richland accepted the work for the SR224 Red Mountain Vicinity Improvements Project as completed, entered into contract April 14, 2026, with Big D's Construction of Tri-Cities, Inc. Pursuant to RCW 39.08.030, the statutory period for filing of all liens and claims against the retained percentage of payment to the contractor becomes effective on the above date.
