ORDINANCE NO. 2026-22, AN ORDINANCE of the City of Richland, Benton County, Washington, establishing and dedicating the right-of-way for Dallas Road at Trowbridge Boulevard. The Richland City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-22 at its October 20, 2026 City Council Regular meeting, accepting right-of-way dedications from Badger Mountain South Community Association and Dallas Gasoline, LLC for portions of Dallas Road and Trowbridge Boulevard associated with the roundabout improvements project. The ordinance takes effect the day following publication.
