ORDINANCE NO. 2026-24 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Richland, Benton County Washington, establishing and dedicating the right-of-way for Dallas Road at Ava Way. The Richland City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-24 at its October 20, 2026 City Council Regular meeting, accepting a right-of-way dedication from Kadlec Regional Medical Center for portions of Dallas Road and Ava Way to support the Dallas Road and Ava Way Roundabout project. The ordinance takes effect the day following publication.
