ORDINANCE NO. 2026-23, AN ORDINANCE of the City of Richland, Benton County, Washington, establishing and dedicating the right-of-way for a segment of Syrah Avenue. The Richland City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-23 at its October 20, 2026 City Council Regular meeting, accepting right-of-way dedications from Badger Mountain South Community Association and Badger Communities, LLC, to establish an extension of Syrah Avenue to provide access to future development. The ordinance takes effect the day following publication.
