The Board may take final action with respect to all of these matters in open session. An executive session will be held for discussion with legal counsel pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(c),to discussreal estate; RCW 42.30.110(1)(i), discussion with legal counselregardingpotential litigation and legal risks; RCW 42.30.110(1)(g),to evaluate the qualifications of a candidate for appointment or performance of a public employee.
