ORDINANCE NO. 2026-25, AN ORDINANCE of the City of Richland, Benton County Washington, establishing and dedicating the right-of-way to realign and extend Tapteal Drive. The Richland City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-25 at its October 20, 2026 City Council Regular meeting, accepting right-of-way dedications from Tapteal II, LLC and Tapteal Properties, LLC to realign and extend Tapteal Drive to provide access to future development. The ordinance takes effect the day following publication.
