Invitation for Bids PC2026-68 Three (3) 2025 or 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 SRW 4WD Service Body The Kennewick Irrigation District (KID) is seeking bids to supply up to three (3) 2025 or 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 SRW 4WD Service Body. KID will consider bids from multiple vendors if three (3) trucks cannot be provided from one vendor. The bids will be evaluated based on price including trade in values provided for one or more vehicles that the Kennewick Irrigation District currently has available for trade. The process to evaluate these vehicles will be included in the bid package. These vehicles are as follows: 2015 Ford F-250 - 1FD7X2B68FEB36908, 96,634 miles 2018 Ford F-250 - 1FD7W2B6XHEF26267, 90,922 miles ***Equivalent trucks can include 2025 or 2026 models and or equivalent combination thereof. Equivalent Trucks must be submitted for approval on or before 5:00PM on Wednesday, November 4th, 2026. The requested Trucks or equivalent should be delivered to the KID Shop located at 2015 S. Ely Street, Kennewick, WA, 99337. Bid documents are available starting at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 26th 2026. Bids may be delivered to Kennewick Irrigation District, Attn: Olivia Willoughby, Program Administrator 2015 S Ely St. Kennewick, WA 99337, up to the hour of 1:00 PM local time on Monday, November 9th, at which time they will be opened at the Kennewick Irrigation District Office. Bids can be sent by delivery service or mailed for KID receipt by the deadline. The KID reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, to combine the contract with other contracts when considering the contract award, and to accept any bid which it deems in the best interest of the district.
