Willamette Valley Bank, Salem, Oregon Bank Merger Act Application NOTICE * * * * * Notice is hereby given that Willamette Valley Bank, Salem, Oregon (the "Bank"), has filed a Bank Merger Act application (the "Application") with the San Francisco Regional Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") for approval to transfer substantially all of the assets and liabilities of the Bank to Gesa Credit Union, Richland, Washington ("Gesa"). It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will be operated as Gesa offices following the consummation of the proposed transaction. The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, the home-state regulator of the Bank, was also provided a copy of the Application.
