CITY OF PASCO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Intent to Designate Portion’s of the City’s Industrial Zones as a Targeted Urban Area (TUA) for the purpose of an industrial and manufacturing tax exception. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Pasco City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, in the City Council Chambers, at 525 North 3rd Avenue, to consider the Intent to Designate Portion’s of the City’s Industrial Zones as a Targeted Urban Area (TUA) for the purpose of an industrial and manufacturing tax exception. Written comments may be submitted between Sunday, August 30, 2026, to Tuesday, September 8, 2026, by 4:00 PM to cityclerk@pasco-wa.gov or delivered to City Clerk’s Office in City Hall located at: 525 N. Third Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301. Public comments may be provided during the scheduled hearing or if you prefer to participate in the hearing virtually, please register at least 3 hours prior to the meeting (typically by 4:00 PM) at:www.pasco-wa.gov/publiccomment.
