Public notice is hereby given that bids will be received for the City of Richland's SOUTH GEORGE WASHINGTON WAY PAVEMENT PRESERVATION Project by the City of Richland Purchasing Division until the date and time specified above, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. This project includes a hot mix asphalt mill and overlay, pavement repair, pavement markings, curb and gutter, on George Washington Way from the south side of the Columbia Point/Adams Drive intersection to the north side of the Bradley Boulevard intersection.
