Public Notice IRT Assistance for Construction The Yakama Nation Housing Authority (YNHA) intends to solicit assistance from the Department of Defense's Innovative Readiness Training Program (IRT). The assistance will include the construction of a Community Cultural Hub. The proposed assistance will take place in the Adam's View housing community in rural Wapato, WA in spring of 2028.
