CITY OF RICHLAND SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM FINAL ACTION PUBLIC NOTICE The Washington State Department of Ecology (Department) hereby provides notice, as required by the Shoreline Management Act (RCW 90.58.090(8)), that the Department has taken final action and approved amendments to the City of Richland (City) Shoreline Master Program. This action completes the City's periodic review under RCW 90.58.080(4). Per RCW 90.58.090, the effective date of the City's Shoreline Master Program amendment is July 28, 2026. Per RCW 90.58.190(2) and RCW 36.70A.290, petitions of appeal must be filed with the Growth Management Hearings Board within 60 days of publication of this notice.
