ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PORT OF WALLA WALLA WALLULA DODD WATER SYSTEM - RAINDANCE-RAILEX WATER LINE EXTENSION PHASE 2 PWW 2026-030E Port of Walla Walla 45 Terminal Loop Road, Suite 210 Walla Walla, Washington 99362 General Notice The Port of Walla Walla (herein called the "Owner") invites bids for the construction of the Wallula Dodd Water System - Raindance-Railex Water Line Extension Phase 2 - PWW 2026-030E project. The Project includes the following Phase 2 Work: Installation of approximately 2,460 linear feet (LF) of 18-inch ductile iron water main; 130 LF of 30-inch steel casing, of which 60 LF is to be installed by jack-and-bore method and 70 LF is to be installed by open trench method; 230 LF of 18-inch high density polyethylene water main, of which 130 LF is to be installed inside the new steel casing; three hydrant assemblies; two 18-inch butterfly valves; 2,690 LF of 2-inch conduit; junction boxes; gravel surface restoration; hydroseeding; general surface restoration; and other related work. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the Owner at 45 Terminal Loop Road, Suite 210, Walla Walla, Washington 99362, until Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., local time. At that time, the Bidders and Bid Amounts will be publicly opened and read. The Contractor is subject to all requirements related to Washington Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Projects, EEO, and Washington State Contracting Laws. The Contract Time and Milestones for the Work shall be as outlined in the Special Provisions. Work shall be physically completed within 40 working days. If awarded, it is anticipated the Notice to Proceed will be issued by September 22, 2026. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Bidding Documents are available at http://www.andersonperry.com under the Bid Docs link. The digital Bidding Documents may be downloaded for a non-refundable payment of $30.00 by inputting QuestCDN eBidDoc Number 10321086 on the website. The Bidding Documents will be available for download after August 13, 2026. No paper sets will be provided for bidding purposes. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. The Owner may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed requirements and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
