Notice of Application Shoreline Substantial Development Permit Application Date: July 29, 2026 Notice of Completion: August 4, 2026 Notice of Application: August 9, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the City of Kennewick has filed an application for Shoreline Substantial Development Permit SMP-2026-0001, for constructing approximately 1,900 linear feet of paved bicycle lane/shared-use pathway extending west from the roundabout at Columbia Park Trail (recently renamed Paul Parish Drive) and SR 240, located at 2701 Paul Parish Dr (Columbia Park). The City of Kennewick has issued an Environmental Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for this proposal on May 28, 2026, under ED-2026-0012. The DNS includes mitigation measures under applicable codes. A copy of the Determination of Non-Significance for the specific proposal may be obtained upon request. The application and its supporting documents will be reviewed at the Community Planning Department at Kennewick City Hall, 210 W. 6th Avenue, Kennewick, WA 99336.
