ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF BENTON CITY The City of Benton City invites separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Maintenance Shop Remodel (Re-Bid), City Project No. 2025-035, including the following work: Installation of walls, ceiling, cabinetry, flooring, power, lighting, HVAC, new domestic water and sewer connections to remodel the City's 1,955 sf maintenance shop. This contract has forty-five working days to complete the work. The work shall be completed by December 31, 2026. Bids will be received by the City Clerk/Treasurer at City Hall, 1009 Dale Avenue Ste. A, Benton City, WA, 99320, until 11:00 a.m., August 27, 2026, and then shortly thereafter will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City Council Chambers. All bids or proposals must be in writing on the form bound in the Specifications, sealed and filed with the Clerk on or before the day and hour above mentioned.
