City of Pasco – Public Notice The City of Pasco proposes to issue a modification to one Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit: Permit No. IDWP-000-901. Permittee, Tri-Cities Airport. The industry permit is to allow the industry to discharge pollutants subject to effluent limitations and other conditions to Pasco's POTWs, pursuant to all applicable pretreatment regulations, standards, and requirements under local, state, and federal laws, or laws that may become effective during the term of the permit. Public Comment/Information: A public notice of the proposed permits is published to allow the public to submit written comments, within 30 days of publish date.
