Open Record Hearing – Date, Time, and Location: The City of Pasco Hearing Examiner will hold an open record hearing at 6:00 p.m. on August 12, 2026, in the Council Chambers at Pasco City Hall, located at 525 N. 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington. Access is available through the east or south entrances. The Hearing Examiner will receive public testimony on the following application at this hearing: ZD2026-001 Goodwin: A public hearing will be held to consider the establishment of City zoning for unincorporated property identified as Parcel No. 118180157 (11050 Harris Road), Pasco, Washington. If the property is annexed into the City of Pasco, the proposed zoning designation is R-3 (Medium Density Residential District). The Hearing Examiner's action on the zoning determination is a recommendation to the City Council.
