CITY OF RICHLAND PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Richland proposes to renew Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit No. CR-IU008. The proposed permit allows Framatome to discharge pollutants subject to effluent limitations and other conditions to Richland's Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW), pursuant to all applicable pretreatment regulations, standards, and requirements under local, state, and federal laws, or laws that may become effective during the term of the permit. Public Comment and Information: A public notice of the proposed permit is published to allow the public to submit written comments, within 30 days of publish date. Comments and requests for permit application material can be sent to: City of Richland, Wastewater Treatment Facility, Attn: Lead Plant Operator, 625 Swift Blvd., MS-27, Richland, WA 99352 or in person Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the Wastewater Treatment Facility, 555 Lacy Road, Richland, WA. The Public Works Director may hold a public hearing on the permit application based on public interest. A public hearing notice will be published 30 days in advance of such a hearing.
