RICHLAND SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 400 Benton County, Washington NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPTION OF THE 2026-2027 FISCAL BUDGET NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to RCW 28A.505.050, RCW 28A.505.060, and RCW 28A.505.240, that the Board of Directors of Richland School District No. 400 will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the Richland School District Teaching, Learning and Administration Center, 6972 Keene Rd, West Richland, WA. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed budget for the 2026–2027 fiscal year prior to its adoption. A copy of the proposed 2026–2027 budget is available for public inspection at the District Office and online at www.rsd.edu.
