BEN FRANKLIN TRANSIT INVITATION FOR BIDS ON-CALL ELECTRICAL SERVICES IFB 26-11 Ben Franklin Transit (BFT), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352 is soliciting sealed bids from qualified Contractors interested in providing On-Call Electrical Services at BFT's various locations. The Contractor will provide Washington State licensed electricians on an as-needed basis to perform routine electrical services such as preventive maintenance, repairs, and/or replacements. Bids are due August 6, 2026, no later than 2:00 PM (PDT). A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for July 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM (PDT), located at 1038 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352. Contractors will meet in the BFT Administration Building lobby to sign in. Safety vests will be required for the pre-bid meeting. All questions and clarifications must be submitted via BFT's e-Procurement Portal by 5:00 PM (PDT) on July 30, 2026. Interested Contractors shall create a FREE account with OpenGov by signing up at: https://procurement.opengov.com/signup. Once you have completed account registration, browse back to: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/bft and click on "Submit Response", then follow the instructions to submit the electronic bid. Contractors will be required to follow all Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations. BFT reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
