ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Prosser School District Early Learning Facility Tenant Improvement Sealed bids will be received the Board of Directors of Prosser School District, at 1203 Prosser Avenue, Prosser, WA 99350, for the construction of the Prosser School District Early Learning Facility Tenant Improvement. Sealed Base Bids must be received by 3:00 p.m. local time on July 29, 2026, and must be marked "Sealed Base Bid – Prosser School District Early Learning Facility Tenant Improvement" And will be opened and publicly read then and there. Supplement B - Declaration of Subcontractors Form, per RCW 39.30.060, is due within forty-eight (48) hours after Base Bid Time. Project documents are available at www.architectswestplans.com. Bidders may download digital files at no cost; Hardcopy sets are available with a refundable deposit of $300.00 per set plus a non-refundable fee of $30.00 per set for handling to be submitted by separate checks.
