NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – July 13, 2026, 6:00 P.M. Proposal: PBS Engineering & Environmental, on behalf of Kennewick Acquisition Company III, LLC, submitted a preliminary plat application to subdivide 59.19 acres into four phases, consisting of 160 lots and 19 tracts, located at 9154 W. Hildebrand Blvd., parcels #112881000001009, 107892013596004, 107892013596003, and 10789200005000. The Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation for the site is Low Density Residential. The site is zoned Residential, Low Density (RL), and is subject to the Residential Design Standards. The file number is SUB-2026-0002. Open Record Hearing: The City of Kennewick Hearing Examiner will conduct an open record hearing at 6:00 p.m. on July 13, 2026, at 210 W 6th Avenue, City Hall Council Chambers. The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, which allows in-person or virtual participation. Determination of Completeness: The application was determined complete for processing on February 23, 2026. Project Permits Associated with this Proposal: SEPA and Civil Preliminary Determination of Regulations Used for Project Mitigation: Title 18 (Zoning), Title 17 (Subdivision), Title 4 (Administrative Procedures) of the Kennewick Municipal Code and the land use policies contained in the Kennewick Comprehensive Plan. Estimated Date of Decision: Within 10 business days of the Hearing Date of July 13, 2026. Appeal: Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Kennewick Hearing Examiner on this proposal may appeal to the Superior Court of Benton County within twenty-one (21) days of the date of decision.
