PUBLIC NOTICE Rickabaugh Pentecost Development, LLC, Kaylor Hasbargen, 10211 Cottonwood Dr Kennewick, WA 99338-7627 is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, French Meadows, is located at 4450 Jasper Street in Richland in Benton County. This project involves 10.2 acres of soil disturbance for residential construction activities. The receiving water will discharge to ground with 100% infiltration.
