Metaline Avenue Kennewick, WA 99336 RFQ Issue Date: 6/8/26 RFQ Due Date: 6/29/26 @3PM The Kennewick School District is requesting submittals from qualified Construction Management to provide professional construction management services in support of multiple capital improvement and facility projects throughout the District. Projects will primarily focus on safety and security improvements and may include modernization, infrastructure upgrades, access control, site improvements, and other related capital work. The District anticipates utilizing the Design-Build alternative public works contracting procedure authorized under Washington State law for certain projects. The selected firm will assist the District with development and packaging of projects for Design-Build procurement, preparation and support of applications to the Washington State Capital Projects Advisory Review Board ("CPARB") Project Review Committee, and management of projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout. Projects are anticipated to occur over multiple years as funding becomes available through annual budget appropriations and/or other funding sources.
