NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY LIMITED ACCESS PUBLIC HEARING SR 14 Plymouth Industrial Road The Washington State Department of Transportation is establishing limited access along State Route 14 in Benton County near Plymouth (SR 14 milepost 178.9). The improvements consist of establishing limited access control along Plymouth Industrial Road. The primary purpose of this is to increase the safety and mobility of traffic in this area. Should any interested persons, whose property will incur changes in access control as a result of this project, want to discuss and exchange information concerning the proposed improvements and revisions to the access control, they may contact Jacob Prilucik by calling (509) 577-1635. A Transportation Engineer will arrange to meet them at their convenience. Owners of properties immediately adjacent to the project, whose properties will have changes to access control as a result of this project, may request a Public Hearing if they believe a hearing is necessary. Those property owners may request a hearing by writing to Jacob Prilucik at the Washington State Department of Transportation, 2809 Rudkin Road, Union Gap, WA 98903-1648. The request must be postmarked no later than June 29, 2026. In the event that a hearing is required, notification of a hearing date will be furnished, and a separate Notice of Public Hearing will be published in ample time for affected parties to arrange to attend. Regardless of whether a hearing is held, all persons whose properties are affected by this project may inspect maps, drawings, and other pertinent information concerning the proposed revisions to access control by arranging to meet with the Project Engineer.
