Proposal: Daisy Harris with Core States, on behalf of Larry and Malvina Goodwin, has submitted a Notice of Intention to Commence Annexation Proceedings (10 Percent Petition) for the annexation of Parcel 118180157 (Parcel 1 of AFN 456145), located in Franklin County, Washington. The subject area is generally located south of Harris Road and north of Interstate 182, southwest of the future Road 108 and Harris Road intersection, in Section 18, Township 9 North, Range 29 E.W.M. The purpose of the proposed annexation is to allow for future urban development and municipal services consistent with the City of Pasco Comprehensive Plan and development regulations. The Pasco City Council may consider a resolution accepting the Notice of Intention to Commence Annexation Proceedings, determining whether the proposed annexation may proceed, establishing the boundaries of the annexation area, and determining whether simultaneous zoning and assumption of existing bonded indebtedness will be required as part of the annexation process.
