It is the sole responsibility of the Proposer to obtain any RFP updates or addenda from the City's website. Responses shall be submitted electronically and follow the requirements in the RFPs. One electronic copy, including attachments, shall be transmitted to Samantha McCanse, Management Analyst, at mccanses@pasco-wa.gov. The due date is Friday, July 17, 2026, no later than 2:00pm. Proposers whose submittals are determined to best meet the objectives of the RFP may be invited to interview and/or provide a presentation to the City's selection committee. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor irregularities or technicalities in the submittals, and, after careful evaluation of all proposals and relevant factors, select the Proposer whose proposal is determined to be in the best interest of the City of Pasco.
