Proponent: George Booth IV of Booth and Sons Construction, Inc., P.O. Box 608, Richland, WA 99352
Proposal: Grading and filling activities resulting in approximately 3,000 cubic yards of fill dirt being relocated or imported to the site in order to create additional area behind the existing single-family residence. In addition, a retaining wall will also be placed along the eastern limits of the fill to help solidify the slope in order to prevent sloughing/erosion.
Location of Proposal(s): The project is located at 610 Smartpark Street, Richland WA. Parcel # 126082013796001
Determination: The City has reviewed the project for environmental impacts and has issued a determination of non-significance using the process outlined in WAC 197-11-340(2). This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal.
