City of Pasco – Public Notice The City of Pasco proposes to issue modification to seven Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permits: Permit No. IDWP-000-102. Permittee, Twin City Foods, Inc., Permit No. IDWP-000-202. Permittee, Simplot Frozen Vegetables, LLC., Permit No. IDWP-000-303. Permittee, Reser's Fine Foods, Inc., Permit No. IDWP-000-602. Permittee, Pasco Processing, LLC., Permit No. IDWP-000-502. Permittee, Grimmway Enterprises, Inc., Permit No. IDWP-000-701. Permittee, Freeze Pack, Inc., & Permit No. IDWP-000-801. Permittee, Darigold, Inc. The seven industry permits are to allow the industries to discharge pollutants subject to effluent limitations and other conditions to Pasco's POTWs, pursuant to all applicable pretreatment regulations, standards, and requirements under local, state, and federal laws, or laws that may become effective during the term of the permit. Public Comment/Information: A public notice of the proposed permits is published to allow the public to submit written comments, within 30 days of publish date.
