INVITATION FOR BIDS Brantingham East and Stock Pipe (Materials Only) Contract PC 2026-43 The Kennewick Irrigation District (KID) is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the furnishing of materials only for the Brantingham East and Stock Pipe (Materials ONLY) project, related but not limited to, pipe, valves, fittings, and other appurtenant water work supplies. The materials include approximately 3,580 linear feet of 16-inch, 12-inch, 6-inch, 4-inch, and 3-inch pipe, and other related waterwork supplies. Included in the project is the delivery of all the materials to the KID Shop at 2015 S Ely Street Kennewick, WA 99337 or KID right-of-way at 2001 Brantingham Road, Richland, WA 99352. A map has been included in the bid documents to show the exact delivery locations. Bid documents, including a material list and specifications, are available by emailing Wendy Durado, Executive Assistant Engineering & Operations, at rgrinchuk@kid.org starting at 1:00 p.m. PST, on Monday, May 11, 2026. Bids shall be titled, "PC 2026-43: Brantingham East Pipeline Replacement (Materials Only)" and shall be addressed to the Kennewick Irrigation District Board of Directors. Bids will be received by Ruvim Grinchuk, Staff Engineer, 2015 S. Ely Street, Kennewick, WA 99337, up to the hour of 1:00 p.m. PST, on Monday, May 25, 2026, at which time they will be opened at the Kennewick Irrigation District Office. Bids should be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked "SEALED BID ENCLOSED" and can be sent by delivery service or mailed for KID receipt by the deadline or delivered by dropping them in the payment drop near the front entrance of the KID building at 2015 S. Ely Street, Kennewick, Washington, by the deadline. NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY EMAIL. At the time and date stated above the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids are to be submitted only on original forms provided in the specifications. Following receipt of a successful bid, award of the contract will proceed following the bid. KID reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, to combine this contract with other contracts when considering contract award, and to accept any bid which it deems in the best interest of Kennewick Irrigation District.
