ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Roza Irrigation District, 125 S. 13th Street, P.O. Box 810- Sunnyside, WA 98944 The Roza Irrigation District invites separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Aquifer Storage and Recovery Pilot System, Ecology Project No. WRYBIP-2325-RozID-00074, HLA Project No. 25103 including the following approximate major quantities of work: Project involves installing complete Aquifer Storage and Recovery pilot testing system. Owner-furnished equipment includes sand filtration system, down-hole control valve, and ultraviolet disinfection system. The contractor shall install owner-furnished equipment, and provide and install booster pumps, submersible well pump, temporary holding and settling tanks, piping, fittings, valves, electrical equipment, and instrumentation as required for complete and operational pilot system. The contractor shall also provide startup, commissioning, and operational support during pilot testing. This contract has thirty (30) working days to complete the work. Bids will be received by the Engineering Manager at the Irrigation District Office, 125 S. 13th Street, P.O. Box 810, Sunnyside, WA 98944, until May 27, 2026, at 2:30 PM, and then shortly thereafter will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Roza Irrigation District Office located at 125 S. 13th Street, Sunnyside, WA 98944. Bidders are encouraged to register as planholders on the website, whom will be added to the Planholder list and will receive automatic addenda notification. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by bond or a certified check, payable to the order of the Treasurer of the Roza Irrigation District for the sum of not less than 5% of said bid or proposal and none will be considered unless accompanied by such deposit, to be forfeited to the Roza Irrigation District in the event the successful bidder shall fail or refuse to enter into a Contract with the District for the making and construction of the aforesaid improvement. All bids or proposals must be in writing on the form bound in the Specifications, sealed and filed with the Engineering Manager – Wayne Sonnichsen on or before the day and hour above mentioned. The Roza Irrigation District, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
