Kennewick Housing Authority LIPH Waitlists Opening The Kennewick Housing Authority (KHA) will be accepting a limited number of online applications for the Public Housing Program (2-4 bedroom units) beginning Monday, April 27, 2026. Applications will be accepted until the goal is met or until no later than Thursday, May 28, 2026. Households must meet income guidelines, additional Housing Authority and HUD requirements.
