CITY OF PASCO SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 4831 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A NON-EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, INSTALL, OPERATE, MAINTAIN, REPAIR, OR REMOVE FIVER OPTIC CABLES WITHIN THE PUBLIC WAYS FOR THE CITY OF PASCO. The Pasco City Council passed Municipal Ordinance No. 4831 at its April 20, 206 regular meeting which in summary grants a non-exclusive franchise to NFC Northwest, LLC to construct, install, operate, maintain, repair, or remove fiber optic cables within the city right-of-way.
