INVITATION TO BID The City of Kennewick will receive sealed bids for RFB No. P2312-26 "Zone 2 East Olympia Transmission Main" at the Dan Frost Municipal Services Building, 1010 E. Chemical Drive, Kennewick, WA. 99336, until May 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM (PST), and then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Frost Building Main Conference Room. The work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the construction of approximately 5,544 linear feet of 24-inch ductile iron potable water pipeline along S. Olympia Street between W. 19th Avenue and W. 36th Avenue in Kennewick, Washington. Additional work includes connections to the existing water distribution system consisting of 6-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch water mains; installation of new fire hydrants and reconnection of existing fire hydrants; reconnection of existing domestic water services and meters; and all associated appurtenances, surface restoration, testing, disinfection, and other work necessary to complete a fully operational water system in accordance with the Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications.
