REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The CITY OF KENNEWICK is requesting combined qualifications and proposals from qualified supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system Consultants for the design of the P2619 – SCADA System Upgrade project. Proposals will be accepted until May 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (PST). Proposed SCADA upgrades relate to the City's water and wastewater infrastructure.
The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of implementing the City's recent SCADA Master Plan by replacing end-of-life and end-of-service SCADA equipment, migrating the HMI system, and all other work identified in the Request for Proposals.
The CITY OF KENNEWICK reserves the right to amend terms of this "Request for Proposal" (RFP) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFP at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
